Loan Structure Issues
iBorrow has the flexibility and creativity to develop and fund loans with structural issues that may be problematic for other lenders, such as loans to owner/occupants.

Refinancing Existing Loans/Debt
We refinance all types of existing commercial property loans, including CMBS, lifeco, and conventional or existing private money loans. When existing financing goes south, iBorrow is ready and able to fix the problem.
Credit/Cash Flow Issues
We fund loans for borrowers with substandard credit scores and pre-cash-flow properties. When we see a great commercial real estate opportunity, we prioritize the value of the borrower’s collateral over credit score and cash flow.
We fund value-add properties with a viable business plan, from light to heavy lift, even if there is no cash flow. Bottom line: we’re the lender that celebrates your grand opening or remodel with you, not one that turns you away without listening to your business plan.
